I don't agree with all of the names that have been listed in this thread, i also dont think past and present Gms should get a mention simply for being Gms, players {any players, gms or not} should get a mention if they have really made a difference or put in allot of work to the community. I think some people are getting carried away with names, but Callumf {Callum Fitzhugh} should most definetly get a place in this museum. The guys done more behind the scenes work for this community than most people will ever know. Keeping gms communicating when they fall out, the all gm board, stratics reporter, poste reporter, need i go on?

Damien, Drakan and the other founders for Grd, been trying to remember other names.
Morihei for The Bujin Kai and Kotodama Clan (TBK/KTD).
Rhiannon Kai for Celts.
Calin for Fallen from Grace (*F*) and later Ketrid for Tel'marian Mercenary company (T*M)
Lothlann Lir and Roger Signor for The Crimson Rogues. (TCR)
Penthesilea for the Amazon Nation.
Manshoon Chembyl for the Undead.
Vrashk for the orcs of Tolagal.
Also the Mongbat for Citizens of Yew, but I've forgotten her name..

These I think are fairly notible ones as these were the main guilds for Crossroads of Yew and outlasted many others.

Gm'd guilds, yes. Run a few events, yes. Good roleplayers, yes. Legends? No.

Again I have to agree with Tanya, half the people in Meiko's list might have been good Gms, but legends? Did they do anything that life changing that they deserve the title legend? Really I’m not sure half the original list Van put up deserves that title either come to think of it.

Van I’d say go with your own judgement buddy, put who you want in your museum. List thread could go on forever tbh.

oef, y'all taking the legends thing quite serious... So what if a current gm is seen as a legend, i think most of the gm's out there are "legends" for all the work they put into their guild and our rp fun. I don't see this idea of Van as choosing true legends, but more as a way to show people who have done extraordinary things a little appreciation. Such a little bit of appreciation can give those people quite some inspiration or just a nice warm happy feeling that they are appreciated. So what if it is called "legends", its the thought that counts ?

Ps. BTW isnt it more fun to be called legend now that you're still in game rather then when you have left and dont even look back at uo anymore ?

Alright.. well you've all given me some idea's as to be honest my UO knowledge from 3 years ago isn't that good, so I needed the help of people.. Still I'll post the "Final" list up here when I've decided, and I'd like your feedback on if you think I've chosen wise or not. Thanks again!

Cal from A^K, is Cal Soulshadow Van not Shadowhand.

I dont think you can get a perfect list because it will vary from people time in game. I remember people from the time before Trammel even opened say like Pad O'Lion and Shri of Spiritwood who contributed a lot in their many yrs in the game.

Then you get very long enduring characters like VanQa who had her Elven people up and running from around i recall 1999/2000 and which are still going today led by their founder. Thats commitment
