Also be aware that I recall if you do get caught "doing it" you can get an account ban if a GM catches you at it or you get reported for it.

I have something else in my mind but cant recall it at the moment.

Another trick that might work, (I am not sure if it still does), is to turn on any vet reward statues you may have. They used to go off when anyone passed by, dead or alive. It didn't cure the problem but at least I was aware when anyone else was about.

I had used this long ago because of a stalker who followed me everywhere in ghost form and it was very creepy. The statues were noisy but they did help.

Sadly Gwen, like in Vans post...you cant detect hidden a ghost. GM spirit speakers and other ghosts can see them. I am told an Alt ghost to catch and ban them from your home is a good way to get them out of your house. I hate using the "I Ban Thee" button in RP scenarios "using "house Magics"

However the folks that are doing this aren't IN CHARACTER...they are either very bored and being inappropriately voyeuristic- which to me is really quite sad that they have to do this watching pixels on a screen. Either that or perhaps they somehow believe they can get personal power by holding it over someone's head and trying to show how they are morally superior. If one is a peeping tom...they are so not ever going to convince me they are. It shows a high degree of disrespect for others to go around sneaking behind locked doors to "Catch them at it". My response is generally "I really don't care what they are doing. This is a fantasy roll playing game. Says so right on the box I bought from the store. How does what they are doing effect me?" - takes the wind right out of most Tom, Dick or Davy's sails.

My advice to the perpetrators, should they be reading...

Dude, life is too short. Turn off the computer, spend some time in the real world with real people. You are so wasting your time here, cause my concern over you rates about one microgivashit. Just enough to put my two cents into this post. Grow up, and find something more constructive to do with your time to improve the world. Volunteer at a charity of your choice, take up another hobby...whatever. Cause things do come back around eventually.
