Dont know why, but I have an incredibly bad habit of staying up this late chatting to people and doing things in UO I for some reason never have the urge or idea to do in the early afternoon before primetime.

Anyone else have this kind of addiction to late night UO?

used to do that alot when guarding those damn sigils in CoMs base in Magincia in the Pre- AoS days and also in my pre-having a 2 year old son days.........nowadays come ten o' clock at the latest i feel the urge to chill in bed and totally relax

i end up staying up later than i probably should more often than is good for me (not to the 4 am stage when i've got work in the morning), that's usually been due to a bit of rp, that develops into something i don't want to leave (and yeah i know that's baaaad, but hey! i got caffeine in the mornin!)

Well I'm up now seven hours later *drowns in his oversized coffee mug* for very little reason. Normally I dont do it either, but when I dont have work or somesuch in the morning there's a diabolical urge to toy around until dawn. People on American times do make a difference though I think, I was talking to Vince Redfield from BoC for most of it up until I twigged that it was in fact only 11pm for him as he's five hours behind

Did a bit in the old days, used to Rp till about 2-3 am! Force myself to go to bed earlier these days or i can't work the next day, and that would be a big problem!

yeah i could easily stay up later than i do, but i need to get up at 7am every morning so i try to be in Bed by 12:30. Friday is my late day though, i often stay up until 4am usually doing guild stuff i don't get time to do during the week.
Then the weekend is for my poor neglected fiancee who i have ignored all week while i'm playing uo

There are a few of us American folks around, who are on when you european insomniacs are. Anytime youre up late feel free to see if some of us, myself included, are around. As Hanse said, we are at the very least 5 hours behind, so when it is 4 am for you, it is 11pm for us, hehe.

No need to, for example, pop into a busy american shard when you can find some of us Americans haunting the late hours of Europa. Im in the habit of staying on until the short server down and then playing test till it is up, and jump back on. Seeing as I have school at night, and work in the days, my hours are limited, so every once in awhile Ill try desperatley to find late nighters, hehe.

Anyways, dont worry Hanse, yer not alone, there are just very few people on the "late shift" as I like to call it.

At my last job, I rarely, if ever, worked morning shifts, so I'd be up til all hours. Before that job, dating back about 5 years to my first night-shift job, I routinely stayed up until about 7 or 8 am out of habit, despite quitting the job.

As an American, I usually ditch Europa in favor of an American shard at about 1800 my time (Arizona -7), but usually I'd rather be on Europa, so if you're about, let me know.
