I have been away for a long time and today I activated my UO account again. Let us say what has happened in past 2 years? RP still up and running strong? I noticed the uo-auction2.com is not active anymore which is a shame?

Welcome back

Yeah RP is still going surprisingly strong, Grd, BoC and -V- have all gotten quite a few new recruits in recent weeks and all had astounding turn outs at one point or another. Can't really comment on other guilds as i've not come into contact with them much but I think they're going good too.

Where the north is concerned, the most important changes are that Minoc and the borders as far as Altmere fell under loyalist control, but they now have their own (NPC) militias. Vesper meanwhile is trying to expand its territory and influence in these areas.

Also, EMs have come back and are reguarly running events as part of a continuous storyline. It's a bit high fantasy for my tastes but if that's your thing it's definitely worth checking out.

Hey Grim!

Sadly the Shadow Court is all but dead.

But there is still plenty of role play around and I agree with Sineal - the EM program is back and there is a fair amount of stuff to do. There is more cross-over between role players and non-role players.

From my brief journeys into UO its still the best place for Role Play.
