Playing times: Varies. Normally I can be around for peak hours, 8pm GMT-11pm GMT.

RP experience: Played tablte tops, D&D etc, since I was nine (almost 26 now) Not to mention vast amounts of time on UO, about 6 years. I've been told Im decent.

PvP experience: Mostly Mage RPvP. Im nasty in that regard, melee/Archery wise, Im not so hot. But willing to learn. Ellowynn is an Archer mage.

Character background: Fed up of the spirituality forced down her throat by the Rangers in Skara, Ell has moved off in search of her own path, adventure, and hopefully, some meaning/purpose. She served in the Royal Marksmen for a term. The politics got on her nerves, and she bailed. Shes a decent shot, and an able mage, but shes not big on fighting if she doesnt have to. Bit of a snarky wench, she loves pushing people's buttons. Would like to settle down at some point, but feels she a bit young for such foolishness at this juncture.

Description:
Stewan is a quite large man (1,85m) in his late 20s, with dark pony-tailed hair and dark-blue eyes.
He´s usually nice and good-natured, though a bit insecure and errh... slow. Sometimes a hint of Northern accent sneaks into his language.
If he´s not wearing a shirt, one can see old whipmarks on his back.

Stewan was born to a farmer-couple near Vesper. But as he grew up, the sea called out for him and he served as a shipboy for some time.

Some time ago Stewan boarded a ship in Vesper that was caught in a terrible storm and sank. He survived, to be washed ashore near Trinsic.
Here he found himself without recollection of who he was, or what. In honor of his first meal in his new life, he chose his new name.

Since then Stewan has established himself as baker at Trinsic´s Baked Delights and working as cook-for-rent.
He still tries to figure out what´s going on in this city and what his past might hide.

Character Name: Neferneferuaten (Yes her name is Ancient Egyptian)

Playing Times: Mostly Evenings (UK based) although starting a PhD in mid September so will not be on as much as I'd like from then onwards

RP Experience: Occasionally in UO (18 months) with 2 RP characters on Atlantic, in CORE guilds for about 2 months. About 23 years of tabletop RPGs, mainly as the GM.

Description: A pretty lady of about 20, dark and of average build, she was born and raised in minoc by her parents who were both crafters. Neferneferuaten (Nefi to her friends) decided to follow this route and she had learned the basics of a variety of trades by the time she left home to become more worldly. She invested in some use of magic for self defence and
to help her travel.

She met her current "employer", Princess Zaza Finlaurea (a princess from foreign lands who is happily part of the Elven Guild) on the Atlantic shard, when the princess was due to arrive, Nefi was assigned to make her feel welcome. They got on well, and she is now Zaza's personal maid, a job which she loves. She makes all the princess's clothes and furniture while she is in Europa, and is proud of her work.

She moved to Trinsic to expand her crafts, see the fair, and enjoy the spaces of the city.

Zan was born in trinsic originally to a normal family. During a boat trip when he was only a baby his parents boat was hit by a strange storm. The boat was thrown into a strange anomaly and ended up in the waters of Tokuno. Found orphaned on the shores a Tokuno family of a Clan called Toshiro raised Jonathan as their own, and gave him the name "Zan". He grew up among all the Tokunese children not really realizing how different he was from them. At first the trainers in Tokuno would not accept Zan for Samurai training, but after much pursuation he was eventually accepted and trained. Zan spent his years training in the art of the Samurai and became quite skilled. During another boat trip recently his boat was overtaken by another strange storm, this time leaving him stranded back in Britannia in a place he is unfamiliar with.

Character background

Brother to John Brinsbanner, Rastiano was cast out from the family circle at an early age due to his strange behaviour and constant involvement in firemaking in the village.
Rastiano spent his young adult years wandering the forests of the lands, learning cantrips from gypsies and more advanced magic from the occasional travelling mage. It was not long before these learned men identified Rastiano’s natural affinity to the powers of fire and air, leaving him with the ability to create magical forms of fire and air not often seen.
Whispered rumours among court magicians have spoken for many years of the ‘wild man of the woods’, but now this man has been drawn to the city of Trinsic by rumours of increased vampire activity, and recent discoveries of ancient works of lore. He offers his services freely to the Duchy, in the hope that he might be permitted to stay for a while.

Andromache, daughter of Lara and Veksh, hails from the Yew Forest where she grew up an artisan. Her days were filled with the procurement of raw material to craft into wearables. Andromache crafts only to protect the wearer, never to cause harm and refuses to use her skills to make weapons. She is not one for arguments or conflicts and would rather run away or disappear. This is how she ended up at the city gates of Trinsic one day, remaining silent about her most recent past.

He had a few contacts with wooden elves around the area. At the age of Fifteen Davey's father died tragicly from a poison trap in the forest that some hunter had laid out illegaly. Character background
Frances Vere's father lived as a trapper and raised his daughter as best he could. Their home was little more than a shack, set out in the hinterlands south of Trinsic, past the rivers, where the coast jutted out as a hilly penninsula. Once a month he travelled to the homes outside of Trinsic's walls and traded his hides for flour, thread, whetstones, and such. Frances had few friends, growing up beyond the outskirts of civilization, but was very close to the ones she did have. It was from one of these friends that she learned to read.

When she was young, hardly more than a child, she once pursued a hobbled doe past the landmarks at which her father had taught her not to wander past. She lost the deer and that night she went hungry, but had found something else in those woods. In a den of dead trees, she discovered a creaking, timid cottage that had stood for long ages after being abandoned. Very little of the roof remained; ivy had grown into the broken windows and a table was set with rusted platters. Inside the single-room abode were a number of bookcases, the shelves of which were packed so thorougly with texts that Frances had to tug and pry out the first book of each row.

It was in this anonymous library that she was introduced to the Virtues. On each of the books' bindings was printed the title of a treatise, essay or conversation, each one concerned with an individual Virtue, or the broader meaning of Virtue in society, or even a critique of Lord Brittish's values.

In a life of seclusion, of meager subsistence in the lonesome wilderness, she had found a world of beautiful ideals, thoughts that made her heart swell when she considered them. Each day that she could find time between hunting, cooking and sewing, she travelled to the house and lost herself in the writings. Years went by, each day similar to the one before it, and in time she came to have read through nearly half the books that sat on those shelves.

One day, she arrived at the cottage to find that it was occupied. Peeking from behind a tree, she saw the squat, gibbering creatures pushing one another around. One of them, a loose set of ringmail hanging from its frame, swung at the other with a large axe. The other, enraged, slung a spell which engulfed the armored one in fire. Both creatures died on the spot, leaving the house to smolder, spark, and crackle in flames.

After the Virtues were destroyed, the land burned. Flame soaked the forest, eating at trees so that they came crumbling down, and smoke billowed up so that even the stars had been wiped out. She ran home with eyes full of ash. Over the next few days she watched from afar as the men came from the city and tended to the forest blaze with labor and magic.

Months passed. Her father came down with a cough. She looked after him as best she could for that last week. When he was buried, she collected what remained in the house and locked the front door.

Before, her only experience with real danger had been the moment she had shooed away a grizzly bear by yelling at it. Now she finds herself setting out to travel further north than she ever has, across the wilderness, to find a city called Trinsic. She carries spare cloth to patch her clothes when needed, some bitter wheat bread, a knife to skin what she might catch, and a tremendous lack of experience. She has never held a weapon, or even a gold coin, but does hold dear the Virtues.
