Dear Citizens & Friends of Trinsic

As newly appointed Mayor i wish to share with you some of my immediate plans which i have already started working on. Part of my duties as Mayor are to promote Economic & Social Development within Trinsic, hense forth i am planning to set up a Citizens counsel and a Social Comitee in the very near future.

The Citizen's Counsel will hand you the chance to Have your points of view and your concerns heard by myself and discussed to see if we can accomodate anyway of solving the issues raised, i will appoint a representative from several chosen fields and professions to form the counsel ,in which way we can aim to have input from all parts of the citizenry heard in these meetings.

In terms of Social Development, Trinsic as a Town has alot to offer, We have a fantastic market square amongst other places which we can utilise to the maximum for all sorts of events, celebrations and other uses. This being the case i wish to make use of these places on a much more regular basis. The Social Comittee will help to plan, organise, prepare and Run the events in the future so that we as citizens of Trinsic can look forward to a much more social calander.

I will be looking at setting these up over the comming weeks if anyone as any input in regards to these plans or any other urgent concerns please do not hesitate in speaking with me.

Alraune and I are always willing to help with events that fall on the weekends. I realize that's not terribly helpful, since many of the events will fall during the week, but you can always count on us to help promote or participate in things that happen on Saturday and Sunday.

We are also interested in seeing if a "late night" opening of the Salon during the week is worthwhile, for those folks who are either insomniac or geographically challenged, and we may try this in the next week or two.

There is probably not much point in either of us sitting on a council because we would have trouble making the meetings, but we will help within the limits of our waking hours.

When i next see you in person Adam, we can discuss this, it may be the case that events are held on the weekends also, in which case your help would be appreciated, In regards to opening the Salon on a late night during the week, this too is a good idea and i believe you should go along with your idea for doing so.

And in writing this i have come to a very good idea for an event which can be held monthly, i will need to speak with you in person for this also but it has something to do with the Salon amongst other things.
