On Thursday the 21st, at about 8pm GMT I will, provided that enough others can be found to partake in such a journey, set sail for the serpent pillars both to the east and west. In this we shall try to follow the words of the Forest Oracle, as reported by Stewan, in an attempt to discover the truth behind its riddles.

Any help, especially of seafaring types and those capable of fending off the occasional submarine monsters, would be highly welcomed.

Ian the Jeweller on the item, found on the expedtion:

"The holder has roughly the size and shape of an ostard's egg. Unlike those vessels, however, it has been crafted from a filigrane mesh of precious metals.

Additional links running through the inside suggest that an item had been suspended in its center, though I cannot see by which means it might have been removed.
The links suggest it was about half as big as the container itself.

Given the quality and care that has gone into the shaping of such an item, its content must have been very precious to its maker."
