To: some elf with the humble request to pass this on to whoever is in charge and/or interested.

Dear sir or madam

As you might know, the University is planning an expedition to the ruined town of Montor on Monday, the 4th day of December. Scouts report that one of the focal points of interest in the area is inhabited by what appears to be a dragon. Since it is unlikely to assume that said creature will be able to understand and tolerate the necessities of science, ways have to be found to temporarily dislodge it from its lair in order to remove the danger for the expedition.

Considering the countless stories and tales that suggest a special bond between the race of the elves and nature's flora and fauna the University staff wondered if your tribe would be able to provide one or more tamers to take care of said threat and to calm the dragon while the excavations take place.

Payment, within the limits of the University funds will be provided (if demanded).
