Due to the escalating conflict with Vesper I see no other choice as to ban all Vesperians from Duchy lands. This includes all people associated with the Swaggers too and they may be attacked on sight and thrown out.
Included are Gerek, Kiran and any other known Swaggers help, if anything was unclear.
I would like to get names and descriptions of the people as soon as possible and will make them public.
Also any strange behaving unknown animals which maybe magik users use and nay belong to anyone are to be killed.

This Banishment of all Vesperians from the Duchy lands includes Banishment from the Elven Quarter (which is part of the Duchy) as well.
