Discussion about setting up rules within the Elven Quarter

Discussion about setting up rules within the Elven Quarter

During the Guildmeeting we have discussed setting up some rules within our elven quarter. Please feel free to add your suggestions or to discuss points that have been put forward. A map of the Elven Quarter will be drawn as soon as possible.

Points so far:

* Necromancy and individuals who are known Necromancers are not allowed within the Elven Quarter. Anyone caught using this dark magic will be asked to leave the Quarter immediately and may not return.

To determine someone is a necromancers one must have seen the individual casting necromancy spells. So all necromancers that still visit the Trinsic Rose tavern: you are welcome as long as you do not cast any of the spells and are not caught using spells against any of our elves.

* People of the Yew Militia are not welcome in the Elven Quarter. Period. No discussion possible. We treat them the way they have always treated us.

If someone of the Militia still wishes to visit the Trinsic Rose he must wear a good (!!! try avoiding wearing militia colors would be a good thing for example) disguise.

* All of the Drow Race are welcome but when they cause trouble they will be asked to leave and to not return again.

Due the recent troubles in the quarter and the fact that many drow openly express their dislike for elves this will not require an explanation.

This is the first of three. What others would be beneficial for the Elven Quarter and our guild ?

(outsiders are welcome to discuss this with us if they desire)

* Handle orcs as we handle drow ? Not welcome anymore if they cause troubles once ?

Looks good overall, I have nothing to add to this except one question.
In regards to eventual criminal elements or undesirables being seen in or caught doing something unlawful whatever, does this fall under the juristiction of the trinsic town guard or shall we deal with it ourselves, if the later I wish it to be swift and quite bloody, why? well because I can

This depends on how active the E-V guildmembers are: little activity then i think we should report criminal acts with the guards of trinsic since the quarter still is part of the duchy, more activity will give us an actual force that can handle this sort of thing ourselves

Our Silver warriors have now status of peoples who "help Trinsic guards" - thats meant we can doing in our own untill it not go against Trinsic laws

so there are most of what we want to see - let just make such rules going in borders of our Quarter like it works inside the walls of Trinsic. Also we can specify some own restrictions which however allways go from the Trinsic laws seems.
