The dark-clad warrior sighed. He was out of sketching paper when the Guardsmen were brutally beaten down by Trinsician defenders earlier that day. The amount of money he would have gathered from it would have been astounding.
But all hope was not yet lost. The Ninja were given freedom by the Duchy to strike at the enemy when they felt like it. As evening arose, three warriors of the night set out for Stonekeep. It was still packed with Guards, yet an opportunity arose to strike when a lone Guard entered the tavern.
He was followed by three shadows.
The three shadows in turn however, were suddenly followed by the Lord Protector himself. Having such a keen eye, he was able to see them enter the tavern and even reveal them. As keen as his eyes were however; they did not save him. Nor the lone guard.
The ninja returned home happily, knowing he finally put some of his sketching paper to use.
