Due to some incidents of attacks from their side on Duchy guards I see it necessary to enforce such a ban. Exception is the memorial tomorrow where they can attend, but will be asked to leave afterwards. I urge a commander from Haven to contact me so we can come to an agreement and solution to this matter.
