Floh?len d?Lloth (Followers of Lloth) is a drow guild, which as its titles suggests is devoted to the goddess Lloth. She is also known as the Spider Queen, the Dark Mother, the Divine Mother and the Mother of Lust and Pain. The principals of Lloth is chaos i.e. following a random path of self interest. Lloth drow are not necessarily evil per se, but will think nothing of committing an evil act to further their own ambitions.

The hierarchy of Llothian drow is headed by Ilharess Ilhar (Matron Mother) followed by Yathrinen (Priestesses). There are no masters or priests since the goddess regards the female gender as superior to the male. This is because drow, as a race, the female is physically stronger and fractioally taller than that of a male. A male drow rarely exceeds 5 feet (152 cm). A female drow is slightly taller but would rarely exceed 5 feet 6 inches (168 cm). This is a "role reversal" in human terms and of all the drow gods, Lloth underlines female superiority the most.

Although males are regarded as inferior, this does not prevent them attaining status or respect. However their regard is dependant on how loyal and talented he is. And, how best they serve the interests of their Jabbress (Mistress).

Due to the unusual circumstances of being a surface Qu?ellar (House), Floh?len d?Lloth is not adverse to accepting non drow races. Humans and Elves, even half-drow can be accepted provided they have something to offer that can further the aims and ambition of the house. Drow by nature are pragmatic when it comes to personal ambition. Humans can join as mercenary or rothe (slave) but will carry no status. Elves and half breeds can join as slaves.
