   | [Report] - Arrest and Capture of Van Cocidius Reporters Name: Commander Sari-Liane Event: The Arrest and capture of the Collegium Arbitrator Van Cocidius People: Sari-liane, Matthew, Debbie and Van Cocidius Description: Upon arriving at Haven I found Captain Matthew and Guardsman Debbie ordering a robed citizen to show thier face. They declined and after several warnings they were finally forced. After Captain Matthew managed to stop the individual it was discovered that he was the Collegiums Arbitrator Van Cocidius, and was promptly arrested for the Kidnapping of Guardsmen Debbie and Marcul and Commander Sari-Liane.  After being taken back to my officer at the barracks for interrigation, the prisoner declined to reveal any information other than that Henry Winter ordered the kidnapping. Again the Brigands of the Fort have been indicted within this investigation, this may warrant further investigation.  After a short period of discussing in which Guardsman Debbie was ordered out of the office, I decided a clear message should be sent to the Maestro. The prisoner asked to be the messenger to which I agreed. With this the Prisoners left ear was removed by the Captain under my orders. It was this time that I signed the declaration of war between the order and the Collegium. I informed the Prisoner that each time any member of the Collegium is arrested they would have a body part removed as a warning.  The prisoner was released as I recalled Guardsman Debbie in for a dressing down. After re-informing her of a Guardsman place and for the charges of ignoring orders and constance arguing with the Commander of the Order, she was fined 500 gold and to have 3 public lashes.
