Today Januari the 15th,

after the discussion with sari-liane, emmisary of Dragoni Knights,
Commander Matthew asked sergeant Van Cocidius to gather information about where the Dragoni Knight gather.
he refused this and so commander matthew ordered him to gather information.
He actually refused this again and said he would not use (former scout) Debbie to gather information.

I told him he refused a direct order from the commander and he stood by his point. So I punished him by letting him run five laps in a purple dress. he refused this aswell,
He is hereby demoted to guardsman, untill he has completed his five laps in a purple dress.

I don't have use for sergeants who dis-obey orders in general.
