Set macro /target *insert tank name* cast earthshield [rank 3] as button number 1.
Set chainheal as button number 2.
Set Natures swiftness as button number 3
Set Healing wave 12 as button 4.


Spam button number two, till earthshields ran out, press 1 once.

Repeat.

(if someone almost dies and isnt a mage, press the following: 3, 4. Then go back to mashing button 2).

Occasionally drop totems....then forget to redrop.

Tip:

1-button totems.

Create macro:

"/castsequence reset=5 totemname1, totemname2, totemname3, totemname4"

Might make another button for different kind of situations/totem order unless you have only 4-non useless totems :P This is handy macro if you find your self dropping the same 4(/3/2) totems in MOST of the fights.

Reset = 5 means the macro resets it self back to totemname1 in 5 seconds if you leave it to, say, totemname2 and don't touch the macro in 5 sec.

You can make one for insta heal too if you feel like "/castsequence reset=3 instahealimbalolbuttonspell, healnamethatyouwanttoinstacast" then press the button once for activating nature's imbalanceness and another time to cast the actual healing spell, or any other button that supports nature's swiftness if you feel like.

WARNING: Remember to choose healing themed macro icon for the latter and totem themed macro icon for the totem macro, this is very important. If you don't do this the button appreance will make you confuised resulting in the wiupe of the raid.

linky to a very long shaman healing thread.. lots of maths and threoycrafting involved.. a warning to those with heart conditions. but I at least found it quite useful just small suggestions and stuff in there which kinda helped a bit.
