And yes, Fred was a little disappointed by Bioshock. He thought System Shock was awesome.

Halo Schmalo. I've finally got Oblivion off Fred and am looking forward to giving that a whirl.

Oblivion, while it is a good game, its a bit too simplistic at some points, and the AI is a joke (i found out that i can beat almost any none-ranged oponent by simply abuseing the pathfinding problems & the fireball spell that you get during the tutorial). The enviroment is lovley thought (althought i still cant figure out how they can make the economy work, with a farm:weapon shop ratio being close to 1:1

2007-10-26, thats MP3s release date. I can hardly wait. Oh well, i can perfect my Ikaruga skills while waiting for that game.

I loved Morrowind, so I was nervous about Oblivion as I've heard some say it's not as good. Fred seemed to like it though.

If you enjoyed morrowind, you will most likley enjoy oblivion as well. The main problem with oblivion, compaired to morrowind is the character development part. There are fewer skills, and the ones that exist are even more generic (swords or axes/maces? Makes almost no differance at all.. and there are no spears. Archery is underpowerd, as always).

Eve looks interesting, but is it not one of those games that requires a lot of invested time?

And daggerall is almost a great game. Yes, it has its shortcommings (generaly buggy, some dungeons are far too large for their own good, sometimes the creature that you need to kill refuses to spawn, and sometimes it can be found behind a locked door, and dont forget about the "black hole" bug, where you will fall trough the floor, or a wall, and not to mention the fact that the main storry contains some quests that can be so badly bugged that it will be impossible to finish them, and the amount of useless skills that requires far too much effort to raise.... .... (the list goes on)), but its still a fun game.
