Gawd.. the most embarassing thing ever happened to me yesterday..

Well we were all (120 ppl) lined up, listening to the majors speech and waitin to sing the national anthem.. after the anthem we are free to go home for the weekend. So anyway.. for some reason I took my cell phone with me, sure that I had put it in no-sound mode.

But in the middle of the Majors sentence.. my cell phone with a very loud tune goes off.. (actually its a guy shoutin: YALLA YALLA! SOMEONES CALLIN! PICKUP! YALLA! HABIBI! KEBAB! KEBAB!)

The major stops looks at my direction, everyone in the line-up tries to hold themselves from laughin.. and unfortunately my officer who stands directly infront of me, glances back and probably knows whos cellphone it was..

Man I'm sure i'll get toilet cleaning duty for a month after this..

I sometimes wonder if I am the only one who didn't end up in some sort of military organisation.

I was told that joining the army would be bad for me, during "mönstringen" (every swedish boy need to atend to it, and depending on your resaults you might be deemed fit for military service... i got sent home after the 2nd (out of i dont know how many) test)... not that i want to join it thought.

And yay for me! I got 14 out of 12 points on an exam (yes 14 out of 12, that was not a typo)

There were no errors in my spelling (well, no in the spelling of my name, at least)... they are unable to spell it thought (how can you misspell a 3 letter last name in so many different ways... i have counted 6 different incorrect spellings of it, and 11 misspellings of the while thing (i have 2 last names))

In like 1st grade the teacher thought my name was Joshuwa. Instead of Joshua.

Try being called Dane.... i get Dave, David, Dale, and my all time favorite when i applied for a travelling medical card Dame Stawphen Bradgman spelling all three of my names incorrectly...
