Had to walk in the rain on Christmas day, New years eve and New year day.

I seem to be cooking with alcohol alot recently. Put red wine in the gravy for both Christmas and New year dinner, and now eating sliced beef cooked in Guinness gravy. I soak the beef in the Guiness for a bit first, then pour it out and make it into a gravy to pour back over the beef. Its very nice *nods*
