new years revolution?

so anyone made their revolution yet?
I'm going to try to give my parents less headaches myself! make them less worried about me and all. Aside of staying away from cigarettes and other stuff that's bad for me. I'll also try deciding what I want to study cause I'm still clueless really....they got too many choices

Hmm, tbh I'm terrible with all this New Years stuff. Haven't made meself a promise in a good few years, as I know somewhere down the line it will fall apart, either due to meself getting bored, or intervention from elsewhere.

I want a sixpack, but my diet always gets undone by premenstrual chocolate cravings.
I haven't made resolutions for ages, really. When I quit smoking (ten years ago) I did it on the spur of the moment rather than making all these plans. Seems to work better for me that way.

You cant just get a six pack from crunches and sit ups, you have to work on your contra-indicators and your general trunk area, unless you want bad posture back pain and a general hunchback.

All muscles have an opposing muscle, like Bicep and Tricep one to move one way, the other to move the opposite. You have to work on both sets of muscles or they get distorted. Any better? :S
