Captains,

Last night I was informed by a Trinsic guard that Keina was ill and was in the healers. As I was unable to contact either of you, I went myself and found her to be conscious but looking unwell.
The drow guard there said she had tried to leave several times and didn't want to be too much trouble, so he'd had to order her to stay, much to her displeasure. He said she had a cut to her shoulder which looked to be infected.
On examination, it was evident that she had a fever, so, as there was fighting in Trinsic and the healers was filling rapidly, Locke and I took her back to Strongholt.
The cut itself (just below her left collar bone) is not large, nor serious, but it was definitely infected. I cleaned it with alcohol and then applied a poultice to draw out any pus (this I left on overnight so it will need removing in the morning and the wound bathed in warm salt water).
I also gave her some medicine to fight the infection and bring down the fever, and then put her to bed.
She should hopefully be a lot better today but please check on her. She would not say how she came by the injury but I suspect it is either the drow she had trouble with before, or possibly Lance Sanders of Vesper, who was in the stocks for attacking Claire and another child, who turned out to be Keina. There is trouble between Vesper and Trinsic at the moment so this needs to be handled carefully.
