To all Kaldorians.

Any Duchy person, or Duchy associated/friendly person seen entering the area of Strongholt is to be, without hesitation, removed by force if necessary.

You give only one warning. Upon refusal or attempt of discussion you are authorised to engage them and drive them off. If any of them are wounded and unable to reach the city by themselves you are to take them and leave them at Trinsics West Gate where they shall be taken care by their own.

Report to the Commander, Veteran Maul Gorn or to myself to receive your patrol routes and shifts. You will also be informed if any of the Duchy peoples' presence has been requested by the General or the Commander so that you grant them safe passage to their meeting.
