It is a sad thing to poke one's head on the boards and find these posts. A^K was one of the first other RP guilds I and the Darkcloaks RPd with when we were taking our first step in the world of UO roleplaying, and I've always had immense fun interacting with you guys.

Cal and Steve were always good friends over the many years we shared in UO, and I do hope we won't lose touch completely. In fact, something tells me I'll run into a good few of you when Age of Conan comes out in March... I'll almost certainly be playing that.

Until then, thank you all for many, many great memories. UO would not have been the same without the Kaldorians.

A^K were such an integral part of Europa RP. They've always been that much a part of the experience for me, and I can't imagine UO without them. I always imagined them, shoulder to shoulder, standing there when EA finally closed Europa for good.

I know Elise was only ever Kaldorian by ingestion (*cough*) but having been a member of A^K, albeit briefly, I can say one thing for certain.

I would have stood there with you all, and watched the lights go out.

I've never forgotten Kaldor for a moment. Many an evening, in fact over 2 years, made worthwhile by the guild's existence. Loved it all, everyone rocks. I'm afraid all my photos are left in Wales, but the simple fun of roleplaying with everyone in Kaldor made UO a game worth playing and, for a while, my life brighter. *salutes*

And of course, let's not forget how much arse we kicked.

Without a doubt kaldor was one of the best guilds i've ever been apart of, in and out of rp too! It's sad to think its over now but it was brilliant in its day! I feel there's still loads in A^K i still don't know so well so please feel free to add my icq or msn and thanks everyone for what it was!

I was afraid to read the forums...fear of such a post. No fear anymore.

It was an honour and a pleasure being a member of the Army of Kaldor. I never could join another guild. I tried...I failed. After 3,5 years of being a Kaldorian and with the army gone I actually feel kinda...empty.

Paladis, Cal, Duo, Talon, Mord, Jhan, Shiko, Dimman, Veg, Himasa, McJepp, all the members of the guild: I thank you for keeping me company these years, months,days, hours. I always respected you even if sometimes I was seemingly a big zit in the arse! Ask mord for that.

Through fights, wars, tavern events, scenarios, guild hunts, ooc hunts :P , and all we came all very attached to each other like a family. Family doesn't split up now does it? We will be seeing each other I hope, prolly in Age of Conan.

All the time with you was the best 3,5 years I sat infront of a computer. I hope it one day be again that, and specifically with you guys.

I played UO and joined A^K due to my buddy mord pushing me. At first I thought it was just stupid of me to play an online game. In time I saw I was wrong. With the right people, all of you, it was a roller coaster ride with ups and downs, with sadness, but also with great happiness. Damn....I feel like an old man remembering his youth :P

Watched this thread daily even though my input is very little. If i'm honest i've been knocked back abit by all the positive memories of A^K and the fact all the stuff done by its members past and present has left many many good feelings about the guild from all sides.

Good memories of many good times that were had by all. Give one person alittle freedom to be creative and ye get alittle fun,Give a whole guild that same freedom (to a point) and fun can be had by many for along time.

Pretty much...had an awesome time in A^K, think it shows the draw of a guild like this that I went from giving Kade grief from going LB -> A^K only to go do it meself 6 months later.

Hey all, i really am saddened that A^K is no longer. I used to play Ulric a LONG time ago dont really know if people will remember me. Once age of shadows was released i lost alot of interest in UO i felt it spoiled the game and after a few months I made my excuses, left A^K and the game. There really were alot of great times far too many to mention, our revolutionary and infamous tactics were brillant it was awesome beating armies twice our size when we were seldom known in the RP world, its a real shame i have no screenshots from back then just the memories.

Id like to thank all the people i played with back then for making the game so enjoyable and sorry i didnt stay around till the end, the names i vaguely remeber: Vash, Vaxan, Lucian?, Severina?, Paladis, Lanfear, Cal im sure there are alot more maybe someone can enlighten me to the others from way back then but it was maybe 5years ago
