Lord Taggart,

Tonight while in Trinsic I witnessed a attack from Vesperians on the Royal Marksmen and the Duchy of Trinsic, plus anyone caught in their way.
The attack appeared to be unprovoked, their claim was to teach the Marksmen a lesson.
I did not draw arms nor was attacked. However, I felt like I should have done more then shout to them to cease their attack.

What would you advise me and the order to do if the situation repeats?

I do feel like I am not doing my duty when an attacking force invades a city, any city and I stand and watch...
