| Umbra University / Guarding Spirit Tavern Infront of the old Stone Hall building. You can use it to reach anyone within the Umbra Order. There's TWO red boxes, one at the entrance of the University that's for our students, as the location is hard to reach we have a 'rune box' with (obviously) free runes.
