The following paid subscription packages are now available

A paid subscription will give you access to the Arcade and vbPlaza shop. In the Arcade you can of course play games, in the shop you can do the following

• Change Username
• Make your username Bold/Italic/Underline/Colored/Glow/Shadow/change font
• Change other peoples Titles
• Make Title Bold/Italic/Underline/Colored/Glow/Shadow/change font
• Change thread titles in selected forums to Bold/Italic/Underline/Colored/Glow/Shadow/change font
• Give gifts
• Change Postbit view
• Awareness Ribbons

Every member on the forum will earn points but only subscribers will be able to spend them, in addition to points earnt on forums subscriptions will give the following amount of points

• 3 Months - 1000 points
• 6 Months - 2500 points
• 1 year - 5000 points

Can also purchase an additional 1000 points for ?5

Paid Subscribers also have increased Signature and Avatar limits and can also upload Profile Pictures along with Animated Avatars

Pager Messages

Platinum Posters also have unlimited use of the pager system. This is an instant PM system that displays messages in a pop up, there is no need to refresh pages for messages to appear. Non subscribers can also use this system but are limited to 5 messages a day

I'd also look at the cost of things. I know there are allot of people willing to donate and contribute money, but there are also others out there who can not.
We have to also consider a viable option money wise.

So I'd also like to ask what are the individual costs for the forums ?
I don't want to get into a situation where the person who has volunteerd to host these forums gets into financial trouble because not enough people donate money or click links.

Also what is the bandwith and serverspace of each of the solutions ?
Can it handle the trafic, is there enough server space for the posts, pictures or whatnot.

In my oppinion these should be key to our decision as well since they will dictate as to the future of the boards.

There will be no need to donate for a free server, therefore, can get rid of the platinum posters, added extras and incentives to actually donate. More than likely the extras will be still there and a way for members to access them, worked out.

Its not easy to fund overseas for all either. Could then just take 10 mins to write how to do this if so.
