what books is everyone reading

Lets have a good old moment to reflect on the written word..

I'm reading the glassbooks of the dreameaters by H. Dahlquist at the moment..you can get it on a subscription from the glassbooks website but you can get the first chapter off this blog

http://thesuspensionbridge.blogspot....le-dreams.html

Its really good, victorian intrigue, masked balls, unseen tension and non stop action,

What is everyone else reading at the moment?

"C++ GUI Programming with Qt 4" by Jasmin Blanchette and Mark Summerfield.
Decent book. A bit slow at times, but a good read.

I would love to give a cool answer, but I can't - I'm currently in a Terry Pratchett phase and reading Monstrous Regiment yet again. I love Discworld.

I can thoroughly recommend a set of books by Trudi Canavan.

The Black magican trilogy - very enjoyable.

That would be Wintersmith I think, a fine book, though not many of the well known characters in it.
