I'm a good 14 stones myself - but then again, I'm also about 0,38 rods tall as well!

A good 14 stone in weight is a manly weight, around my own infact. Not sure about the rods but if that measurement is anything close meters then you would be more puddle than pole, or rod even.
Weight means nothing anyway!

meh about the same as me and im around 15 1/2 stone i think not weighed myself in awhile, of course its all muscle and in no way shape or form beer.

Stupid measurement, like buying a car in the UK which advertises it's economy in miles to the gallon, yet the petrol is sold by the litre... WHAT!? nobody I ask actually knows what a gallon is, nobody cares, except google of course which reliably informs me that a gallon is 3.7854118 litres. Clearly it is time to join the euro!

Skinny sod!

Around 10 and a half stone at 5'7 - aiming for around 10 stone as I'd like a six pack in time for my summer holiday! I carry quite a lot of muscle so I can get quite heavy without looking fat.
