Got it finally installed and "working" yesterday, lines supposed to support 8mbps...atm its ranging from 2mb-6mb, AFTER changed the routers channel (when eventually found login/password which sky dont actually provide >.>). Anyone had any experience with em?

Rang up support, got a ticket number after the "have you swapped wires?" "have you rebooted" etcetc, but did all the other farting around by myself, aint heard anything back from em since this morning, altho, been told "you will get a call back, but cant give a time".

Are you on one of their exchanges or standard bt? If its standard bt then its adsl max for 8mb which means you will get different connection speeds for about 10 days till the line finds something it is happy with

Standard BT line, new discovery is the wireless, even tho is only 10 feet away from the reciever, aint the most reliable thing since win 3.1 either >.>..
