Never got round to playing it though some of my guildies did and they got bored quickly. I still play Diablo 2 to be honest (and it's a diabloesque came as I recall), and I think D2 takes a lot of beating (ladder reset announced yesterday for those interested).

Dungeon Runners is free to play so can't lose though.

While on the topic of free games did anyone try ufo: alien invasion - a freeware game that has been made using the quake2 engine, downloaded it a couple of days ago and I thought it was amazing. It is an x-com style game with real 3d mission battles, tactical map and just about everything the old games had, I have only played terror from the deep in the past but it seems just as good and I've been wasting many hours over it!

I'm downloading the UFO one and thinking about Dungeon Runners...anyone else have any thoughts about the two?

Dungeon Runners seems alright and you don't have to fight for mobs as the dungeons are made just for you or your group and your char can be used on any server same only one char per account atm and it seems that skills are only limited by the gold you spend and the min lvl requirements.

Both pretty good, i like the fact that you can buy other classes skills, my mage has a knockback effect thats pretty usefull!

Although your limited to 8 or 10 skills in your hotbar.

Gets a bit tricky at level 9 for me, level 5 of the Alderon dungeon, so if anybody wants to give me a hand, drop me a line

I'll look into installing the ufo one tomorrow, maybe, though I just picked up Final Fantasy X-2 for the Playstation which I've never played before, so that might be keeping me amused. The fact the whole game is in Korean just makes it more interesting...glad I've been studying!

Plus I have FF12 on the way, but the American one, so I'm not sure what the chances are of me hitting up one of these free games anytime soon. But if I do, I'll be sure to try and meet up with you guys or something online...though the 8 hour time difference might be a wee bitty of a problem.
