Take a piece of bread and grill or heat it on both sides and it goes kind of crunchy and tastes great with butter on - it melts!

My grill can only heat one side at a time, maybe you should invent a device that can heat both sides at once, could call it a toasteriser or something

I'm a little confused by this.

When exactly does the bread become toast? when it's brown or when it's crunchy?

And how on earth did you come up with this ridiculous idea, i mean c'mon.. bread is already cooked. Why would I want to re-cook it?
