| I live on pre-sliced chicken breast. It's cheap and easy to take to work. But I could quite happily live off smoked salmon. (No I know it's not strictly meat but it's the flesh of a living creatures so it's near enough).

| Trouts cheaper and almost as good, for sure. I have got into mackerel lately too.
