Can set up custom rules for groups, so could do an ozle group and ban transfers so team you pick at start is what you are stuck with

Done, couldnt really pick any Spurs Strikers as I reckon they will all be rotated.

But i showed immense faith in picking Robinson as goalie, despite his horrifics last season!
