Yeah was in before the deadline. Its just an extra round in the UEFA cup now, winner is the team that gets the furthest. We could still grab 4th though......

I would love it if Everton came 4th, but Liverpool won the champs ;eague and Bolton won the UEFA. Leaving them out of Europe. How funny would that be!!

And unless Villa have an extremely easy run in 4th is pretty impossible

Toto is 2 extra games to get into early qualifying, works out at 3 or 4 extra games starting in July (So no money building foreign trips)

Don't think Cardiff can get into Europe through FA cup, some sort of dispute with the Welsh FA and FIFA (Probably the fact Swansea and Cardiff play in English leagues)

Massive penalty QQ.

Definately better for English football if a non "big 4" team wins the FA Cup though.

Dissapointing for Tottenham and Everton tonight, especially to go out from penalties

Tell me about it

Still no shame in going out to Dutch Champions, Champions League Team, same team thatknocked Arsenal out last year in two legs and we pushed them to penalties

Oh well

They played really well against Villa first half, I turned off after they scored and thought our season was now in decline. Was going to give the second half 10 minutes but Newcastle seemed to think the game was over at half time, they just rolled over and died. After the third went in there was a Keegan out chant from the Newcastle fans, was probably a bit louder when the 4th went in but was drowned out by the Villa fans chanting "Theres only one Kevin Keegan"

Well not looking so good now, if tonights result stays the same will only be 3 points off the bottom 3. And Bolton have a game in hand and much better goal difference

Indeed, I had them down for a win on my accumulator this week, didnt think such a run would continue

Surely by law of averages they should win one by now!

"And Bolton have a game in hand and much better goal difference"
Have you seen Boltons last games? Horrible, cant see them getting more than 4 or 5 points total. Guarenteed down.

Derby, Fulham, Bolton are all safe bets in my view
