Some acted selflessly, rushing to the aid of other characters even though that meant they risked infection themselves.
Others fled infected cities in an attempt to save themselves.
And some who were sick made it their mission to deliberately infect others.
At no point did it occur to them that WoW is a game? And what people do in it may not be the same as what they do in real life? Just last night while playing I was swimming through crocodile infested waters, in the real world not something I would consider. If you take away the consequences of real life people will act differently, I am certain the vast majority of people who in game ran round trying to infect other people simply wouldn’t do it in real life and those that fled the cities probably had better things to do than die all evening and saw it more of an inconvenience than a life or death matter. The other thing to note is this all happened when ZG came out which was way back in 2005, that’s 2 feckin years ago! Did it take them that long to come up with this crap?

PLus, most people who inhabit cities are not generally 90% among 15 - 27 year old males

They should release it in Sims online, see if they get the same response, i bet they dont, I bet everyone boards up thier houses!

Why bother with the sims online, may as well just release a real virus in a small welsh village, would effect the same amount of people.

Using their logic and research skillz though I have predicted that if ever a dragon appeared and started roaming round the english countryside we wouldnt need to call in the army as the locals would form up in groups of 40 and take on the mighty beast

Its even made sky news. they seem to be interviewing some geeky looking guy in front of a pc, dont have sound but doubt he is telling them that his research has revealed that we need to look out for people that can make themselves invisable and stab you in the back with a dagger. Mind you, with the amount of knife crime going on maybe he is saying that

Hmm apparently a T Rex could outrun a footballer

Good news for footballers if they ever come face to face with one then

I dunno, in the dark you could mistake some footballers for old relics
