Any sports gamers pick up NBA 08? I'm pretty sure that it was released yesterday.

I think EA sports games are shit now They used to be about fun, now they are more like simulations which isnt fun

Hmm Bumhug...I think you may be a little confused. Sony Electronics makes NBA 08 and EA Sports makes NBA Live 08. They came out the same day though. Sony's NBA 07 was last year's best selling game for PS3 so they brought it back and added more features to raise the level of game-play in 08.

OK, OK Aeribian...so we won't criticize EA, but I will say this: I'd go with NBA 08 over Live any day because the movements in NBA 08 just seem so much more fluid to me. You know what though...it's really those fun little Mini Games that keep me coming back to NBA 08. There's only 3 on the PS3 version but the PS2 version has like over a dozen.
