Anyway, the town is shite theres no sign of a town center or any adequate signage. I followed some signs to High Street Car park assuming it was going to be on or near the high street, came out of the entrance that said SHOPS and i was in some sort of back alley

Wandered round for about 5 minutes till I saw a sign that said Town Center, but luckily then saw a sign that said Peel Center (Which I had assumed was a shopping center but in actual fact was just a car park with shops round it) in the other direction.

Was meeting someone at the ODeon, which is up an escalater and you cant see it from the street, but no sign to say that it is there!

Worst planned town ever

Talk about dump towns, I went to Burnley not so long ago. Coming off the motorway on the way in you usually get signs to say what is in this place you bothered to find your way to, museum, bird sanctuary, minature railway, national heritage site... whatever, this one, I shit you not said McDonalds!
I couldn't believe it... and what a hole the place was, I only went to look at a new car which wasn't even worth the trip and then I couldn't find the damn McDonalds! Pah, ended up in a Yates' which I must congratulate for as they do do a fine sticky toffee pudding.
