Warhammer online is going to be a wow clone. Age of conan, from what i've read and seen, is really really not. whether what they do works or not, we're all yet to see, but they're trying something very new in their fundamental mechanics, which should be very interesting to see.

They were "sparing" me from the disappointment they said. Alas I really have to try it, i'm goth by heart so this might be right up my alley. I love the dark theme of it all. I don't know any lore, except the one mixed in from real life, but that won't stop me.

When looking at WAR I get disappointed, to me it looks precicely as WOW. Even though I have played warhammer table top with miniatures since I was 11-12 years old and love the "warhammer universe" to death. (yes, I know which came first)

Meanwhile I have a small home in LOTRO now. To get me hooked on an MMORPG i believe it should offer housing.

AoC offers player built citys which i.. -think- allow player housing, unfortuneatly it can be destroyed which makes the cybor difficult.

And there are different sorts of housing as well (need certain houses to build certain products , sounds a bit like Dragonthingy in that respect.
