Facebook sucks, especially the status thing where you get to read all the boring self obsessed crap your so called friends are supposed to be doing, when they are really just at home on facebook like you are.
I stopped logging in now unless it is important, and it never is...

I use it as a means of posting events and such, parties etc. It's good stuff if you wade through all the invitations to different crap.

I don't disagree it has its uses, but just most of the time it isn't worth it.

I use it for sharing photos (which is much easier than flickr) and playing scrabble.

The good thing is, you can turn off all the updates you dont want (For example Elrocco's status crap so you dont see any of it)
