maybe not:

* For long, there was only speculation about the status of the Homeworld trademark, until a document was found detailing the change of attorney responsible for the trademark of Homeworld and Cataclysm, signed by the THQ executive vice president of business and legal affairs. The same attorney was also appointed for the copyright of Relic's in-house trademark Company of Heroes.
* THQ has confirmed that Relic owns the Homeworld trademark, as quoted by Eurogamer
* The USPTO has since updated trademark information accordingly.
* There is no official confirmation, nor any statement about a future Homeworld game.
