They tried to inject culture into this area of the UK by over spending on an Art Gallery, that really won't work (I've lost count of how many times it's had to be bought out.)

you've either got to give people a reason to want to be nice (i.e. some sort of reward scheme for being a good citizen, which would most likely never work anyway) or give them a reason to not want to be bad (i.e. actual punishment for crime). my assumption is that this is intended to make people better citizens.

stuff like this changes nothing, but gives the appearence of looking like someone is trying to do something.

surely the queen and the royals are the biggest example of whats wrong with people today.

Not only are they the ideal role model of the benefit generation sitting on thier arses all day while tax payers pick up the bill they also are the orignators of "big brother culture" where people espire to become famous for no reason while having no talent, or point what so ever.

i say take them out now before its too late.
