Turned my mobile phone off last night as the alarm is set to go off at 5:30 on a Monday morning, since I didnt have to get up early this morning and I am too lazy to simply turn the alarm off and set it up again I thought turning the off off would be enough.

But nooooo, the fecking alarm still went off. Worse still normaly when the alarm goes off it lights up, but with the phone switched off it didnt so I couldnt see what button to press to turn it off. I did find a button that silenced it and went back to bed, ten minutes later it went off again. Only solution I could think of at the time was remove the battery.

Now though got no idea what I did with the battery

I got up at 9am this morning, a record for me on a bank holiday monday

I was up bright an early this morning, around 6:00am in the expectation that my new swanky shelving unit was on its way... to later get a call from somebody at about midday telling me he wasn't even supposed to be here this morning, even though it was the afternoon but called anyway for my benefit to tell me that the shelves were not coming. How nice. Thanks...

Maybe you turn your phone on with all those bum hugs ...

I got up at 8 this morning, but then again I had a Star Wars expo to go to ... Darth Vader 'n all.
