I had an idea for a soundtrack version to imdb, so you could find what songs were in movies. Its sort of been done though but not done right, you can search soundtracks that were released for a movie but not ll the music from movies makes it onto the soundtrack

I cant be arsed to do it though, even though when done it would probably sell for millions

Yeah its a good idea, but the start up would be a LOT of work.

I had a similar idea for movie scripts, but it turns out not only is there a site, but it infringes copywright!

My new idea was much more workable though

I still think there is a market for an online "game" in a sort of dungeons and dragons style with a persistant world where literally thousands of players can play together at one time.

Rubbish, it'll never take off because you'd never be able to afford the servers without charging some sort of monthly fee. And people wouldnt pay a fee every month for the same game. Not in enough numebrs though

Another idea I had was these kind of portable "mobile telephones" that people could use rather than public phone boxes. I reckon some sort of "micro" "wave" technology could be somehow harnessed to facilitate this?
