Gah.. that's wicked. Swedish people are some of the nicest people I know!

What i do like about the 17th of May, is that instead of military parades, we've got children walking about, waving flags.

I have been reading into this and 1814 was the day you signed a UNION with Sweden!

And in looking further you were originally part of Denamrk, but the war went against them, and you became a union with Sweeden

So if anything 1814 is when the Swedes came in to split you from Denmark, so should be the opposite of Fuck the Swedes!
