its before a bridge connecting 2 countries

i need the location and the meaning of it..

No idea, looks like a 'Thai script' but I know there are a lot of countries around that region that use similar writing. Why do you need to know?

the sign warns bout the change from left handed traffic (thailand) to right handed traffic (Laos)

and why

we have here a funny game in austria - called pandoras box (can apply if you like - warning text in german - send me your mail-addy through pn and i send you a current copy if you want) and that is one of the questions.
