Ribs are ok but the pain is from all the pulled muscles, and they will take time to heal as I can't really rest them. I just wish I could get a night's sleep though; got some stronger painkillers but they knock me out so I can only take them at night.

Hope it gets better soon Sally. I had that too once, took about 14 days before it stopped hurting. Worse was carrying the laundry basket up and down the stairs full of wet washing, hurt like hell. Hope you can rest and take it easy.

animal poo in the school playground! meaning my daughter came home from school in her plimsolls with her school shoes still contaminated with poo shoved in a plastic carrier bag and then in her schoolbag. yuk, eugh, and other disgusted noises!!
surely the caretaker or someone should be making sure the playground is safe to play in!!

I've just spent 45 minutes getting jabbed in the gob with needles, being numb and having sharp spikey things poking into my gums, not to mention a squealing water spraying thing doing the same..........AND had to pay sixty sodding quid for the privilege!!!!!!!
