![]() | Johnny Cash will always be the exception to the country rule. He covered NIN and Depeche mode and always wore black. Face it, the dude was cool. Stewan - ZZ Top get ignored a lot by people who only remember them for Eliminator and forget they did some really kick ass blues stuff.

![]() | Needs more funny song covers. My favourites are Graveworm doing Losing My Religion and Demons and Wizards doing The Immigrant Song. And yeah...surprisingly, proper death metal singing is ridiculously hard. Takes an insane amount of training, I can do an amateurish version but I can just about do one short song's worth of it before my vocal chords give up.

![]() | re: Cal there, I hate Country and Western, but Johnny Cash is something special, and his version of is one of the greatest songs ever. My favourite ever artist is Prince who I've seen live twice and have tickets to see again at the Millennium Dome in August. other than that I'd note Queen, Air, Morcheeba, Linkin Park and Garbage as personal favourites. I am 33 on the 20th of June ![]() Oh my favourite songs at the moment are: and http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance...rain-live-1999

![]() | I like for music/bands... Mainly rock, progressive, folk, alternative.. Such as... But not limited to.. 30 seconds to mars (yep, I do I think all Jared Leto's music is beautiful..) Bright eyes Chevelle Patty Griffin Coheed and Cambria (all time favourite, and Im quite upset that Ill be far too pregnant to see them live again this summer .. )Fiona Apple (old stuff mostly... not new) Jewel (again, old stuff, stuff of my youth damnit!) Jimmy Eat world Linkin Park Neverending White lights My Chemical Romance Protest the Hero Tool Tori Amos Hmm Classical in the form of Vivaldi. I hate.. Chiodos. I swear one of the worst bands ever live. DISCO. (seriously shoot me) I really dislike anything techno/house/whatever/electronica that is so repetitive that I would rather blow my brains out than listen to the same verse thing 50 times as 300 kids from the Netherlands dance it out all night shirtless/shirts unbuttoned in a very unflattering way in a dark club, or something. 18 visions and any other crappy wannabe hardcore retards. Type O Negative (see above. ugh) Death Metal (If I cant sing along, I dont want to listen to it tbh) Gwen Stefani -her new stuff.. I end up knowing all the words as the media force feeds it to us, but her songs are generally annoying and shite. Sad but true. Rap.. Not a big fan overall. ahh and Im at good old crappy 25 again! Third year running! (alright... 28.. ) Last edited by Anorah; 14-06-07 at 06:43 AM. | ||

| F4G Administrator Kaldor Website Developer | I like (picking a few from my Media Centre list): Rammstein (obviously), Eisbrecher, Oomph! (silly name, but hey :P), Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, Disturbed (in the house, we're droppin' plates), Drowning Pool, Coheed and Cambria, Dropkick Murphys, Maiden, Metallica, The Chili's, Static-X, Some SOAD, VAST, and some of Weird Al's stuff. I am also partial to a few of the oldies on Radio 2 (that's the stores department's fault - they have that on and the technical office is right next to stores). I hate: Virtually everything that works it's way into the charts, especially dance and rap - in fact I put Radio 1 on my alarm so I get up and turn it off :P 20... just about - 21 in 7 days 1 hr. Also, Jamie I think would be partial to The Wurzels, 'specially Combine Harvester :P

![]() | I like a lot of different types of music. My iPod ranges from the likes of Disturbed and Rammstien to PJ & Duncan and Vanilla Ice. What I can't stand is R&B trilling warbling shite with vocal "gymnastics". Oh and anyone who isnt talented enough to write there own stuff and just sings/raps/remixes over the top of a previously good tune. Age = 33 going on 12.

![]() | Doh I forgot Disturbed and Drowning Pool. I have albums from them, obvy! @ Anorah re: Type O Negative - pretentiously gothic but they did do an absolutely spectacular cover of Summer Breeze which was used in I Know What You Did Last Summer. Same with HIM - I really don't like them, but they do a kicking version of Wicked Game.
