Absolutely with everyone else on Lily Allen. Why is she being played to death on the radio when it seems she makes everyone want to puke?

I agree on the Arctic Monkeys, most overrated load of crap we've had this year (apart from Lilly).

The Verve, equally. As a good friend of mine commented at the time, if the drugs don't f*ing work, get a better dealer!

Radiohead had their moments... but Father Ted just summed their later stuff up for me. Music to slit your wrists to...

I managed to get most my work colleagues up in arms not so long ago by describing the Stereophonics as the musical equivalent of beige, but I stand by that. With one notable exception - Superman - their music leaves me totally cold.

Oh and Dido. I used to even switch to local radio just to get away from that supposedly grown-up intellectual load of bull.

Why does everyone hate the Arctic Monkeys? I think they are great! Are people basing their opinion on the two singles or have they listened to the whole album?
