| Ah yes, Ocean Finance. They must have sent out a casting call to Plaistow, Dagenham and Forest Gate to find the thickest, ugliest, most revolting chavs, to prove to us that you can get a loan from them, no matter HOW common you are! I particularly like the scrawny man sitting next to his mammoth-sized missis, he must have needed the loan to pay for her food bills!

| I've always thought the people on the Ocean ads were particularly grim. I guess for loans it's either then or Carol Vorderman and her too obvious face lift. Talking of which, that Nadine Baggot ("celebrity beauty editor!!!11!!") on the Olay Regenerist ads looks as though her face has been carved from a large block of wax. She doesn't have a line or a blemish, yet something about her face screams middle age. It's rather unsettling.

| The Kia Cee'd ad - you know the one that just pops up second-long frames and goes "how?", "why?", "where?" and whatnot? Drives me bloody nuts. I'm also totally with Cal on the Nadine Bagshot or whoever she is. Not only does she look totally fake, but what the hell's a celebrity beauty editor? And how much credibility does that claim to a title have anyway if they don't say which magazine that's meant to be at?

| Celebrity beauty editor means she selectively slags celebrities off depending on the "current fashion" this means one week Dress X will be "hideous burst of clashing colours" then the same dress in the same colours the next week will be "utterly stunning and gorgeous use of colour" Case in point: The last two oscars ceremonies generated photos and Yahoo.co.uk ran some of the routers articals about the celebs fashions one year they slag them off for miss-shapen badly proportioned dresses the next they slag them off for not wearing such things (and one popstar looked so rediculous I actually laughed when I read the words infront of me saying how great she looked). Also When I'm babysitting I watch the music channels - and they seem to show more adverts than musicso I hate all adverts, but because I'm babysitting and there is a demon 6yr old upstairs I hate all the adverts that have been recorded at 120 decibels just because they could, as I have to rush for the remote to make sure she doesn't wake up again meaning another hour of arguing with her to go to sleep | ||||||||
