The mother- The first thing that ever produced an egg can not have come from one.

If the question had been hen or egg it would be the other way round, since the first being that produced a egg with a chicken inside wasn´t a hen.

Not-so-chicken(s) laid an egg that had the modified DNA and all that shizzle that makes a chicken a chicken. Thus the egg came first.

Maybe when you start nesting things will change... I still haven't stopped nesting to some degree... But when I started, I got down right obsessive compulsive about it.. haha.. It was a big joke to my family/partner.. I had gallstones really badly throughout my pregnancy, and I remember one time picking up a *new* type of cleaner and I was so excited to use it when I got home... I had a gallstone attack and wound up stuck in bed in agony, and was really really -really- disappointed I couldn't try out my new cleaning stuff.....

Ouchy, well I already have one child of 11 years, and I don't think I was too nesting when I was pregnant with him either. I think my mum put me off with cleaning as she was so everything had to be tidy that it got to the point of being uncomfortable. You couldn't leave anything anywhere for long without having to put it away.
I sweep the floor and do general tidying after a couple of days of things building up like paperwork etc, but beyond that. It takes a bit more motivation for me to do things then.

Well you know what they say eh? Takes one to know one!

As for the cleaning, well I don't think it is a gender thing although ladies and gay men tend to have better hygiene (Normally). I think it is down to the individual as I know men who are obsessed with cleaning and women who are as well! Also know men and women who are lazy bods! so there you go!
